First, I would like to thank You for visiting my website and hope You like it. I am really trying hard to make it entertaining and useful for You. Anyway, You are most welcome to send messages and leave comments in my "Guestbook" in order to improve it to match Your interests and expectations more. =)
So let's get acquainted! My name is Ilaya, I'm very pleased to meet You!=) To understand better who You are really dealing with, You could just have a peep at my "My Profile" and "My Diary". =) Nevertheless, a few words should be said.
I graduated from Riga Technical University (Latvia, where I originally come from), Faculty of Economics and Management. It might sound rather trivially, but the knowledge I got there really helps me to implement my projects. My interests are travelling, psychology, culture and art studies, philosophy, classic and alternative history, literature, writing, theology, studies of ancient cultures, ancient and modern languages, sewing and dance outfit design, pensil and crayon drawing, astronomy, horse riding, esoterics, cooking and more. Two of my passions became my job - dancing and makeup. The only thing I feel sorry for that there are only 24 hours in one day and we don't live for 1000 years.=)
Words like "cosmetics" and "makeup" entered my vocabulary at age of 5 when I started to perform. I went through ballet and choreography school, free callisthenics, dancing in different showgroups and foundation of one own, exploring various dance styles from ethnic to clubdance. Logically, it was a necessity for me to get professional skills in makeup art, so I did. It eased my life a lot! The best part is that 15 minutes of work with my dance mates' faces made them smile as well as giving them a bit more confidence on the stage. Smiles and positive emotions they radiate make me happy and provide motivation to move on, getting the feeling of being useful for this World. I like to experiment, sometimes even mistakes can lead to a rather original solution. My "experimental bunnies" are usually enjoying the process, so no "bunny" was harmed despite possible unexpected results of the trial.=)To sum up this bla-bla-bla, I enjoy the things I am doing, I want to share my love for this World and make other people smile no matter by which means: by putting some paint on one's face, performing or publishing some articles.
I believe that person's inner beauty is very important, but outer beauty is of no less importance making inner one more expressional and radiant: Form without Content is empty and useless, Content without Form is uneffective and sometimes invalid. I think that Balance brings true Beauty to the World.

About my personality? Well... "To LIVE but not to EXIST" - philosophy of my life is based on this statement. "Not to regret about anything" is one of the main principles. Everything that happens to us has a reason and gives a new path to develop. Mistake is not the thing everybody can allow to make, but it is vital for everyone to learn from them. I believe that there are no strict categories GOOD and BAD, BLACK and WHITE, there are millions of variations and shades. I believe in Balance and Harmony, I belive that Love and Beauty will safe the world, I believe that one person can change a lot, I believe that every person should be in harmony with his or her inside world. I believe in love from the first sight. I believe that a person might be very clever but wise he becomes only when he opens his eyes and soul wide to the world around. I believe that there is nothing more logical than an accident. I believe that Life is a gift and I feel responsibility for it. It feels so good to enjoy every minute of this Gift!
